This is a solid bistro restaurant with American influences. Good wine list. But is it why you’re in Amsterdam..? You could be anywhere... still, if you’re hankering after a burger or a good steak it won’t let you down.

Visited café George and took advantage of the local special offer - classic burger and glass of prosecco for 10 euros - good value as food was nicely cooked and good quality. Served by a friendly new member of staff.

A group of us dined here for a late lunch last week - food was super tasty and service was excellent - thank you!!
Went here twice on my most recent visit to Amsterdam. The food is great, but the service is lacking. Atmosphere is really nice. Mixed up our orders and took along time, even when we just wanted to get our bill.
