First time I went to Visch and I have immediately decided to go again many times more. We had a massive seafood dish which looked great and tasted even better.
Went here based on reviews: the food was fabulous. Would recommend making a reservation, as nearly all tables were booked. Because we were early, we were lucky. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Fish as it should be served. Very fresh and delishiously tasty!
Visited this restaurant based on great rating on TripAdvisor and it was worth it. I arrived few minutes before 18:30 when the restaurant closes. They still had a wide selection of takeaway meals: various mayonnaise based fish and seafood salads, croquettes, mixed fish plates etc....I have tried several small portions of the salads with bread + mixed fish platter - all delicious & fresh. Will return for sure soon. The restaurant is located at the historical city center. It is very small, only a few tables, so reservation recommended.More
For almost two years we have been wondering how Visch could be the number one restaurant in town; with so many other options. Well now we know; we have been there and we agree. A surprisingly long menu with only a few white wine options...- but they are great options! The fish are of cause really fresh and served expertly by Jos who knows how to keep his guests happy. Went here for lunch after visiting an exhibition. We had no expectation, but the menu read very well. The waiter was fantastic. So friendly and enthusiastic. The menu was extensive and several dishes sounded very appealing. In the end I had pasta with king prawns,...scallops and lobster. It was perfectly cooked and utterly delicious. Small wine list, but adequate. Highly recommended.More
We last dined here a little over 3 years ago. Returning to the city this month it was a true delight to return and sample the great seafood here. So many tempting dishes, too many to note here. Sadly this time they ran out of...vongole for the pasta dish but happily made a similar dish with prawns and scallops....utterly delicious. Service was fun, helpful, prompt and efficient. It was Friday, we were hungry, it was hot, i had even no mood of eating... from Tilburg where we live, we wanted something nice to drink or eat in the hot weather. By coincidence, we walked passed Visch. We were thinking why not XD......We came inside then guess what... What a great welcome and warm with full of smile of all the waiters there made our feelings so good. We ordered many things accompanied by a nice white wine. Oh my God... all what we had there were totally boosted our mood. We enjoyed our whole day after 😘👌.More
Had lunch at Visch, ordered a big plate of mixed fish hors d'oeuvres that included different types of smoked salmons, dutch and river shrimp, fried cod and shrimps, tataki and sashimi, eel, and a bunch more! Paired with a wonderful Chablis. Absolutely loved it.
This is one of the best places to have lunch in Den Bosch. The platter is nice, but so are these wraps (tuna, salmon, shrimps).
The food at Fisch is absolutely good and worth a visit. So 5 points for that. However, when you dare to charge 2,95 euro for a small glas (!) of water you get me screaming. Just serve perfectly fine tap water, or if you must,...serve a substantial amount when you dare charge 2,95 euro. So not happy!More
We stopped for lunch and sat at the bar waiting for a table outside and watched a parade of mouthwatering dishes leave the kitchen. Finding it difficult to choose we settled for the fish platter which was amazing. Accompanied by some lovely bread and an...array of dipping sauces it was a feast for two. Coupled with a couple of glasses of wine and excellent, friendly and attentive service we would highly recommend to anyone visiting den bosch.More
This is a fish delicatessen and a restaurant. You have to be either early or book in advance because it is very popular, for good reason. I’m not a particular fish lover but the menu is excellent with something for everyone. Absolutely delicious food and...I look forward to returning. It’s not cheap, but there again Holland is not cheap either!More
Last weekend we went sighting s’hertogenbosh. We loved the city and we decided to enter this wonderful restaurant. It’s small but cozy, with fresh fish dishes. Polite and great service. We were there with two kids for lunch.
