It started when calling to place the order. I wanted to pick it up at 18:45 hrs: that was not an option, neither was 19:00 hrs. Since it is only a two minute walk and we heard good things about them, we decided for a pick up at their convenient time...back home, my food was decent (meatballs and a risotto).... More

It was a decent dinner. Though the dinning room in the back was way too warm. It was hardly bearable. The service team gave a feeling that they want us to leave as soon as possible so they were rushing the dinner. The price and food/drinks quality slightly mismatched. From the website about the restaurant and other reviews we had... More

It's a good thing, organic food! Visited with a group of 4 and the starter and main course were very good. Their menu is quite varied and they have some unique combination. Also excellent menu info for vegans and allergies. Had the carpaccio and fish lasagna, both good and original dishes as were the plates of my party. And the... More

This was the first time we visited this restaurant. A warm atmosphere but nothing extremely special. We had a table in the en-suite area. The staff and the bar is in the front area, so you sometimes have to wait for the waiter. But that didn't matter a lot as we had sufficient time. They have a good choice of... More

Restaurant De Saeck is located in Ginneken in the Southern part of town. Furnishings and decoration give the restaurant a modest yet pleasant character. Service is adequate and friendly. The menu is Mediterranean adapted to Dutch taste. We reserved a table and came on a Sunday. The establishment was full, a good sign. We went for a classical menu &... More

We had a lovely dinner together with fine food, nice wines and a good, slightly informal, service. Will definitely come again.

Restaurant de Saeck is conveniently located in the middle of the township of Ginneken in Breda. A very pleasant environment for a dining venue. It's easily reachable by bicycle or car, though parking your vehicle can be a hassle -since the limited parking spaces in the narrow streets are quickly filled. De Saeck is in the high price range in... More

last week the 3 of us had dinner at De Saeck. It's a nice and cosy restaurant just 10 minutes walk from home. The food, with a wink to Morrocco, was delicious, the wine nothing special, just ok. The waitress was lovely. Prices are fine. Go for it...

We serve Mediterranean food with an occasional Moroccan twist. Think of the tagine and use of Mediterranean herbs.
