Das Weisse Rössli setzt weiterin auf die frische, französisch-mediterrane Küche von Mathieu Bacon, welcher von Gault&Millau mit 14 Punkten ausgezeichnet wurde. Die Gerichte sind leicht, ehrlich und ohne Schnick-schnack. Die Basis dafür stellen saisonale Grundprodukte von hoher Qualität, welche ausschliesslich im Rössli verarbeitet werden. Feine Weine aus Italien und der Schweiz runden das kulinarische Angebot ab.
Relaxed, informal. Very good food. The sauces with our 2 main course were excellent. I also loved that I got pureed parsnips with mine instead of mashed potatoes. More interesting than most menus I’ve seen in Zurich. Will definitely go back.
If I could give you a friend's advice it would be: YOU NEED TO VISIT THIS RESTAURANT. YOU NEED TO KNOW THE GASTRONOMY OF THIS PLACE!
