The location and place are nice , the service very forthcoming , the fondue legendary! But the sauces of dishes like Zuricher Geschnetzeltes are salty and industrial . If these were homemade we would agree to an excellent !
Our hotel staff recommended the Engiadina as the best fondue restaurant in the area. They were right on the mark. Great ambiance, not many tourists, and REALLY good cheese fondue. They recommended an excellent white wine that paired very well with the fondue.

When you're the only person in the place who doesn't speak German, you know this is not a tourist place. The food was great. The service top notch.
Reservation needed. Try the chefs authentic italian food. Top quality meat from the local butcher or a traditional fondue. The cosy guest room and the attentive service will give you a nice experience at a reasonable price. Again soon!
