The interior if the Matsuhisa in Moritz has a very spacious and cosy feel at the same time. The food is standard Matsuhisa - for those that have been to a few Matsuhisa's around the world, the concept is identical. That, however, doesn't make the food less great.

We have dined in a number of Nobu Matsuhiisa restaurants in various countries and they are always good and not shy about pricing. The Nobu Badrutts lives up to the brand. Very enjoyable food and good service

Good food and service. Fresh. It's nice to have sushi for a change in St Moritz. Dessert was delicious. Mochi and molten choc cake

We had wonderful service and thoroughly enjoyed the tacos (yes tacos) and the rolls. There are numerous sushi, sashimi and roll options. Additionally, there are cooked meat and seafood items. You are meet with a group Namaste and everyone provides magnificent service. It is not an inexpensive meal, but the quality of the food and service, makes it worth the... More

The old Nobu had a better ambiance feeling warm, friendly and comfortable with tastier food. The New Nobu did not had the above feel though only one of the staff was knowledgable and more experience as compared to her colleagues which one of them did not know what was msg which is monosodium glutamate. Which I was very surprise!!!! Atmosphere... More

Empty restaurant and ridiculous prices....we ate Nobu all over the world, but never paid 15 CHF for a tiny bowl of rice, this is a joke!! Especially when already ordering the Black cod for 80 CHF! Please, thos prices even for the super rich do not do any justice anymore. Service was just ok.

We went on a Sunday night to Masuhisa in the Palace Hotel in St. Moritz. The restaurant is very beautifully done. Although there were only 6 tables busy we were not allowed to book a table for 8 pm. The choice was 7 or 9 pm. I found that quite unflexible when the restaurant is not full. While entering the... More

This 'new' Nobu has only been open for 10 days; since I have not been to this one before I cannot compare it to how it was before (when it seems to have gotten some pretty poor reviews). Today, the drinks (special martinis) were great. We sampled most of the extensive menu - the dishes were all at least good... More
