I did not like Thai Food before going there :) That's all I have to say. Friendly Staff. Go for the full menu as choice is too complicated otherwise...

One of the best food I've ever eat. I get totally addicted from this place during my stay in Neuchatel. Every food served is a new experience and is a perfection of taste. Don't waste your time in Neuchatel for looking for good food. There it is at Le Thai. Often this place is fully booked so make sure you... More

I felt an imposition being in this restaurant. Not deterred by the drab exterior and the diversion from the past entrance to a door that leads to the flats above, I was received by a busy waitress commanding I wait there and then ignored me for 5 minutes. The locals know better and pushed past us, claiming a table of... More

We were really surprised at the inside of this restaurant as from the street and entering it looks different and not really inviting. However going in it was a nice surprise to see the tables and interior. Also the service was professional and really friendly. Also the food ( we had all 4 of us different choices) was of great... From the minute you walk through the door the subtle aroma of incense and food pulls you in. Service was fast and extremely efficient... almost pre-empting your needs. Food was excellent. Look, it's not cheap but excellent value. I seldom recommend, but this place impressed. You have to try the sorbet!

Friends of ours recommended this place and although it's quite far from our home we decided to give it a try. Did not disappoint. The place is quite unassuming from outside but ok inside. Unfortunately there was an overpowering insense smell. I guess they are used and don't really smell it anymore but it interfered with the food it was... More

Nice location, yet the tables are a bit too big to quietly discuss together. The food is authentic and spicy, if you request so, the Pad Thai a bit disappointing but the traditional dessert (sticky rice with mango) was delicious. However, the prices for the starters, salads and desserts are too expensive for the small quantity you get, the prices... More

Authentic and delicious Thai food served here in a nice subdued atmosphere. Bit pricey but not overly.

Contrary the other reviews, I didn't thoroughly enjoy the dinner at le Thai. From a 12 Gault Millau point restaurant I would have expected much more. The ambiance was great. However, our waitress obviously hasn't been working for a long time in the service. She had troubles taking orders. Firstly, another waitress had to ask us again about the wine.... More
