I was so happy to stumble across this charming cafe. We sat outside (there are blankets over the seats you can use) and only had coffees, but these were very nice and reasonably priced. Great view of the jet d'eau and a perfect place to stop off when walking around Geneva. Loved it.

Coffee time after walking around. When you see it you will think that you are in a fairy tale.Like the Snow white. It has tables to sit outside if you are a smoker but I suggest to sit inside to see the place.Great decoration with books, photographs and other things.Good variety of teas. The lemon pie not so good but the sorbe ice cream... Among the big buildings, you find a small cottage decorated with lot of love....it gives you a cozy feeling on a cold evening. Be it their figs n cheese or cray fish in lemon or potato cheese fondue or hummus....whatever we tasted on the menu, it was worth ordering again. There tea with fresh herbs and then small sortie of... More

It's a surprise walking along the river. The special location and the good cuisine makes this place a "must try"

This place is absolutely adorable. In summer, they have a cozy terrace just across the road from Leman lake. Inside, the atmosphere is intimate and friendly, with lovely decorations. Books and boardgames are provided. Food is great and desserts are stunning.

Found this place while wandering along the river around lunch time. Was thinking only of a coffee and pastry when we arrived, partly to get out of the freezing weather. The dining area is small and cozy, the staff warm and accommodating (and patient with my high school French ). We had a carrot soup (creamy, smooth, with ginger and... More

We were a group of 4 ladies who visited the Cottage Cafe for breakfast on the recommendation of the hotel we were staying in. It's in a great location over looking Lake Geneva. The place itself is very quirky, very relaxed and people brought their dogs in (not everybody will think that's ok but I think it's marvellous) There was... More

Blowing a gale in Geneva - I darted into this little cafe to escape the wind and cold. Don't want to leave now! Lovely coffee, food, and staff. Ambiance is perfect with French music playing.

We only had a coffee in here on our way back from a walk round town and before going into our hotel (Le Richemond) which is right next to the Cafe. Such a weird and wonderful building sitting in a small square between some of Geneva's grandest hotels. Its a bit like it was thrown up out of the lake... More
