I wholeheartedly agree with one of the previous contributors who stated ‘I will never go back to this joke’. Actually, a joke sort of implies it was funny, but it certainly wasn't Ok, the staff is friendly, for sure, but that’s about the only positive think I can say about this place. Noodles drenched, no, drowned in a bland soup... More

I can't believe they charged us 4.20 CHF for each glass of tab water, it is just unacceptable. I will never go back to this joke.

Lily's offer a choice of healthy food mainly indian and asian. They have for example very good curry rices. Prices are a bit high but food quality is excellent and staff is friendly.

Friendly service. Okay food for something different in Basel, but the chicken gyoza and pho were not authentic. They certainly looked similar, but the preparation and flavor is seemingly unique to Basel. Good for a change of pace in a casual setting.

So far, the best Thai in Switzerland! The dumplings were great and the fried rice with chicken really delicious! I recommend! The place and service are very good also. Maybe the only negative point is the price. But you must get used... Swiss prices!

Relaxed atmosphere. Nice restaurant. The food is ok but nothing extraordinary. Different options for curry and pad Thai. Chocolate dessert is a most?

I went thrice to this place for dinner during my 10 day stay at Basel during Mar 2017. You must try Ginger Beer, Mountain Pale Ale (depending upon your taste), Daal (good option for vegetarians) and Chang Mai Noodles here.

Good variety of Asian food from Thailand, Vietnam, Laos or India. My favorite is the chicken cashew nuts. Reasonable prices for Switzerland. Young and mostly friendly staff. Families with children seem to be not welcomed.

Just came back from this restaurant with a an extremely poor experience. The table we were seated at was smelling as it had been wiped with a dirty cloth so we move down the table to the other side. The waiter, who I guessed correctly, was from Turkey asked why we had moved so I explained. Instead of apologising he... More

I've known Lily's for years. It's always been a good place to go fo a meal. Started with some excellent veggie dumplings - great selection of starters! I always like to check out the specials: this time I hit jackpot with the "Kuala Lumpur Lamb" - the tastiest dish I've ever had in Lily's!My only problem is that everything comes... More
