Typical lunch with 2 hot cresceria (pork and sausage) and 1 cold. Great taste, quick service, moderate prices. What else for a lunch?

Crescia is a kind of unleavened bread that, at the time of the Umbrian, was cooked on a stone slab called "panaro". In more recent times the "panaro" was replaced by an iron disc, it is ideal served with cold meats, grilled meat or vegetables and can be the substitute of bread... NOW YOU JUST HAVE TO TRY IT!
