OK the ice cream in Italy is usually good. Kopakabana was recommended by locals, which is important in touristic places! I had pink grapefruit and mango and my bf stracciatela and hazelnut. Very fresh and the decoration of the shop will remind you your childhood

So many flavors of gelato in this shop and the price can't be beat in Siena. Good gelato, a local favorite. It's off the beaten path which is why it's the best bang for your buck in Siena.

Stopped here everyday on my way to the Campo. Excellent range of flavours. Good value 2E for medium tub with two flavours.

Read in a guide book that this was the best in town...not so! Just average with so many places available. Not on main street and NOT worth seeking out!

Tried four flavor and all were sub par. Cream was icy, chocolate was fine, though not as deep as I like. Amarena was too candy like and also lacked the creaminess. Too bad.
