We had a wonderful dinner here at the weekend. The service was impeccable but friendly and the food was fantastic, very good wine list too. The owner is charming - we had a very enjoyable evening. I thoroughly recommend this restaurant and would love to...More

We stayed in Pisa for one night as the last leg of our holiday in Italy. This restaurant was rated very highly on TA so thought we'd try our luck and managed to get a table when they opened (7pm on a Sunday). We are...More

Superb seafood food with greens and veggies from the owner's garden. They take real pride in fresh local produce. One of our best meals of our stay in Italy the last time.

I've probably had the best or top 3 risotto here ever and I love risotto! It tastes sublime! In fact both of our dishes tasted that good we ordered more pasta after that - a lobster dish for two. The portions were great and the...More

This was a fabulous meal. Four of us booked a table and were warmly greeted. We were shown to our seats outside. We started with prosecco, very refreshing then chose our food from very extensive original menu. The wine list was very comprehensive. We started...More

We stayed in the nearby Hotel Bologna where they recommend guests to eat around the corner at this very friendly establishment. The wine and whiskey lists alone were worth the visit. The owner has built up a selection over over 1000 wine labels and almost...More

We very much enjoyed our meal here. Although the menu does have a lot of fish and seafood there was plenty of choice and I enjoyed the wild boar rage very much. Service was friendly and welcoming.

Ate here on a Sunday night and although not packed the restaurant was still busy with a mixture of both tourists and locals - always a positive sign. The food was superb, I especially enjoyed the risotto arancia con gamberi. Service was a bit slow,...More

Chanced it without a reservation and were lucky that there was a table free. Service was really good throughout and there was no pressure on moving us on, or through courses. We ended up spending two hours enjoying the experience and the excellent food. I...More

We were a little early & intended to sit outside but the wind picked up & we were quickly asked to move inside which was just as well with rain soon after that. The menu choices were fine & the food was outstanding, well cooked,...More

Description
We mainly offer our guests a typical maritime cuisine, combining tradition and innovation, but never altering our first choice and extremely fresh ingredients. Our main concern is to offer an excellent selection of local meat and cheese paired with a rich wine list (more than 700 varieties) mostly composed by organic, biodynamic, naturally made wines with no chemicals. Not to mention the spirits and liqueurs menu (more than 250 varieties) and a pictured dessert menu daily offering a choice of 15 desserts or more, all beautifully served by the art of food presentation. The availability of the room is about 45-50 people in one room fully accessible to wheelchair users. In summer places increase to about 65 because you can dine outdoors in the beautiful square in front of the room (square of the Ancient Maritime Republics baptized by the municipality at the request of Beppe) lit by torches and candles.
