We hopped into this restaurant to avoid a rain shower and we were glad we did! The food was most excellent, free wifi, very clean and just what we needed

Went there this evening with two friends. We've travelled previously together and always like to seek out a new Michelin star restaurant as part of our trip. We have all eaten in a lot of Michelin starred restaurants both home and away and this one fell short of all our expectations. We had 14 courses that ranged from average to... More

Occupying the front left and right rooms at the Lucca Centre for Contemporary Art Museum building, this restaurant wow'ed us with its uncomplicated flair for putting different flavours together. When we went, it felt like Italian mixed with Japanese flavours or accents. Choose from a multi course menu and priced accordingly, I think we had the 7 course menu, then... More

Very pretentious restaurant. You can say that it is a culinary experience, but there are way too many dishes and they are way too small that in the end you do not manage to fully appreciate any of them. You expect to try special food when you go in a one Michelin star restaurant and of course you don't imagine... More

We had an excellent lunch for 8 at L'imbuto. The location is not conventional, since it is located in the city's contemporary art museum. The dining room is small and surrounded by art as if you were in a gallery where the dishes are the main attraction. Tables are interesting cardboard structures and the modern plastic chairs are not that... More

The food is highly inventive, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. However, a message to the chef. I can understand why you want to have high lighting in the restaurant as the food is beautifully presented. However, few folk over 30 relish eating under bright lights which shows the complexion at less advantage. And given prices most of your guests will... More

The restaurant's format combines the features of a fixed menu (with your choice of 5, 7, or 9 small plates) with a chef's surprise menu--you won't know in advance what you wiil have, although the kitchen will adjust for allergies or particular aversions. In our experience over the years, Chef Cristiano Tomei's dishes have been always interesting, mostly very good... More

This restaurant is located in the contemporary art gallery, the room is about 12x12 feet. The food was a mystery tour of cuisine. Nothing really stood out, the number of ingredients did not seem to work together. There is no menu, they tell you what it is as it arrives. Too strange.

I really enjoy the food, great service and wonderful ideas!! Had the 90euro menu and as a chef myself have to say: it was very creative, honest food with big flavours and unusual ideas!! The goose, plum, whisky was on the top!! Love the chocolate, cucumber and seaweed too. Local, well thinked and quite delicious food it was!! Well spend... More
