We came in around 5pm and did a tasting of a Brunello, Barolo and Amarone - we had it paired with the cold cuts and cheeses. Wow. It was all just perfect. The place is a wine enthusiasts dream! €80 euro for both of us so a little pricey but completely worth it. Enjoy!

Amazing wine, amazing meat and cheese board and super friendly staff! We had the super reds wine tasting menu, 3 very big glasses of some of the nicest wine I've ever had. We also had a mixed cheese and meat board to share. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely return.

We came into this place for some wine because it looked very cosy and comfortable and it was lashing rain outside. I am glad we did because the wine we drank was delicious and reasonably priced and we also had a meat and cheese board which we enjoyed. The staff were friendly without being intrusive and were knowledgeable about the... More

It is an attractive store with a large variety of wines. I went in a first time looking for a good bottle of wine, was provided good service by a lady and ended up buying a brunello around 60 euros. I went back a second time with the idea to purchase a couple good bottles to take back with me... More

This is a great place to have a break from sightseeing and shopping. The salami and cheese plates are great value and a good chance to try local produce. We spent a Lovely afternoon here after dealing with the crowds in the centre, this was a well deserved little break.

Stopped in to pick up a bottle of high end Sangiovese. Had an excellent glass. Price of both was right. Friendly staff called me a taxi that arrived in less than 2 minutes, almost too fast.

This is a beautiful little gem located on the Oltrarno side of Ponte Vecchio. Address is: Borge San Jacopo 17/39. You can sit down and do a wine tasting and order some meat/cheese or other snacks they offer. Locals enjoy this place and so do the tourists that stumble across it. They have an excellent selection of gifts to buy... More

A great place for a snack and glass of wine. You can also pick up a fine range of Balsamic Vinegar and EVO. Staff are super friendly and the place is open 7 days a week

We did not have lunch but wished we had...we went in to search for wine and found this wonderful shop! The owner was very knowledge about all areas of Italian wines and was very helpful in selecting several bottles for us.

We are at the beautiful Tower of Marsilis, where you can admire the Della Robbia's terracotta of "the Annunciation". Inside you will find a big selection of wines and a lot of tuscan products, balsamic vinegar and olive oil!! We do wine tastings, and you can eat with us! We have an accurate selection of salamis and cheese from Tuscany, and after 6:00pm we have aperitive with buffet for 10 euros, with the best selection of wines and the best quality of tuscan food!!

Staying in Pitti

Neighbourhood Profile
Pitti is a neighborhood characterized by art and history. Renaissance architecture such as Pitti Palace, which houses five museums alone, introduces visitors to the green lungs of spectacular Boboli Gardens. Any visitor can wander through statues, fountains, and panoramic viewpoints. Around the garden, treasures like the Museum of Natural History of the Specola and Villa Bardini guide guests through Florence as the cradle of the Renaissance. End the day with an aperitif in Piazza della Passera or the more romantic Forte di Belvedere, which offers an amazing panoramic view of the entire city.
