Shared a pizza and excellent bottle of Chianti. Great friendly service and obviously popular with locals.

Visited twice for dinner. Ranged from 9 euros inclusive for basic pizza plus beer to a fantastic t bone steak still at a reasonable price for Florence. Food was good, service friendly and cheerful.

Had both dinners here during our stay in Florence. Was at first attracted to the menu as it has pictures which was easy to understand. Wide choice of variety from pastas to pizzas and mains. Food was good. Cosy interior and restaurant can be quite packed during peak hours.

There is a big menu and a wide variety of local favorites at this restaurant. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meal. The service was average, which is why I gave it four stars.

1. This place comes across as mid-range (their cover charge is €2 per person). 2. I felt the food options were quite varied - pasta, pizza, dessert - and is suitable for meat and vegetarian diners. 3. The food was above average as well - some of us like our food very much, while others felt theirs acceptable. 4. Importantly,... More

This is a restaurant used by the locals - always a good indicator and it's open every night. As we don't eat meat, my wife and I were impressed by the vegetarian choices on the menu. We ate there every night of our stay and we both could have easily eaten something different each time. Main courses averaged around 8... More

Local restaurant with the usual fare of dishes that are decent in quality and taste. Portion size is appropriate for the area in that you'll need probably 3 courses. The waiting staff are present but not overbearing and eager to please.

If you want good pasta then taste it here at this restaurant. Close to Santa Maria Novella. Good prices and offers gluten free pasta and pizzas. The taste is wonderful. Very friendly and fast. Locals go there do it has to be great. Average spaghetti price is €6.50. Wow !

Staying in Uffizi

Neighbourhood Profile
Uffizi
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
