Nice diverse menu with so many options for main dishes and salads. Beautiful back dinning room. You can ask for 3 different entrees on the same plate and they will do 1/3, 1/3, 1/3. Great way to sample. Amazing Sicilian salad,,tangy pasta and grilled veggies. Nice selection of wines. YOU MUST make a reservation.

Modern and cozy place in Santa Croce! With a selection of more healthy style dishes, good wines and for a very fair price! Ordered the lasagna which was delicious and sparkling water..total 9 euros everything! Great service and you need to make a reservation in advance...always packed of people...also a great place for a coffee or to work/study!

I had found this place on Tripadvisor before we went to Italy and saved the location in my phone. We found ourselves nearby on the way to Piazzale Michelangelo and decided to stop in for lunch. It was a good thing I had the location in my phone, because we walked right past it. The only sign outside is a... More

It kind of feels like a coffee shop in Berkeley, CA when you walk in, with an italian flare. It's very local feeling, and it took us a while to figure out how to order a table for lunch, as the lady told us over and over that they were fully booked and she seemed at first rather undisposed to... We went to brac on recommendation of a foodie. We were tired cold and crook. However we thought we better try this place. We went past it thinking it was a book shop. When we arrived at last we were welcomed cooly and sat at the bar (our fave spot). We ordered the tri - meal. Flavours so good. Portions... More

Very popular restaurant near the Uffizi with an excellent menu - vegan / vegetarian. Loved the curry gnocchi! The owners were very friendly and the service superb

We were fortunate to find this restaurant as my daughter is Vegan and I am not, and I was hoping to find some great pasta. They did not disappoint. Vegan pasta with artichokes and spinach were fabulous, as well as the lasagna. It was so wonderful that we went back and ate there again. Great wines and delightful atmosphere.

Hard to find this small little jewel in the middle of Florence, but was definitely worth the trouble! Great food, great combination of flavors! After all the Pizza Pasta, finally a healthy meal! Very recommended. Though the service isn't that great, on the other hand, in Italy itself service is not a top criteria, as it's sucks most of the... More

Made a reservation on the phone the day before and they claimed they didn't have anything even though I showed them the exact call on my cellphone. The person in charge flipped through some scribbled notes with a lot of crossed out lines and side notes. Operational mess. Shameful.

Service wasn't good. We made reservation at 8pm one day ahead of time but when we got there we were led to a small table next to the exit. No water and bread served, isn't that supposed automatically done for the cover charge? our food arrived 45 min later after we placed our order. The waiter wasn't friendly at all.... More

Staying in Uffizi

Neighbourhood Profile
Uffizi
Every visitor coming to Florence for the first time will immediately identify with Uffizi. As in past times, passing through Via dei Calzaiuoli, you can reach the city center, the Florence that everybody dreams of. In just a few steps, visitors can experience the rare beauty of the capital of the Renaissance. walking delighted across Palazzo Vecchio and overlooking Piazza della Signoria, up to the Loggia of the Uffizi where it is possible to fully taste the talent of the best artists who animated Florence over the centuries. When the sun goes down, there’s nothing better than a walk along the river Arno up to the ancient bridge, Ponte Vecchio. It is full of jewels and decorated by the colors captured in postcards.
