The pasta is average , nothing extraordinary.... The portions are for jockeys... almost appetizers . But the worse is the service , extremely slow... just one waiter for 16 tables.

Local spot with excellent Florentine steak. The day after our dinner there we were on an "Eating Italy" food tour which also stopped there....a good sign!

I was recommended this place by an Italian friend of mine and I wasn't disappointed. it was away from the touristy part of Florence on the south side of the Arno, not that far from the Ponte Vecchio. I went with a friend of mine and we both had lovely pasta starters, however I made a mistake with the main... More

Very tasty food at a decent price and good service. What I enjoyed most about this place besides the food was the atmosphere. It was very laid back and quiet with lots of elbow room. Compared to other area restaurants, the tables were nicely spaced so I didn't feel claustrophobic and trapped in my seat. The house wine was very... More

We were only in Florence for three days and ended up coming for dinner twice. The food is out of this world especially the bistecca alla fiorentina. Can't recommend this place enough.

Wonderful friendly service at this hidden gem. Well situated around the corner of the square. Lots of tasteful items in the menu and also some good wines to be served. Expect different delicious 'cold cuts' as well as some hot dishes. A place where also some locals go for their lunch. Highly recommended!

Based on the knowledge of a family member who lived in Firenze for two years we booked for a family lunch for nine, including two grandchildren. We all had meals of stunning quality, amazing flavours and all with local ingredients. The staff were very attentive helping us with our lousy Italian. Very reasonably priced. Just the best meal I've had... More

We were recommended to come here by a local. The atmosphere was very pleasant and charming. We found the rustic Italian food delicious and we were well looked after by the hosts and they even gave us the chefs table! We chose the carafe of Chianti wine at a decent price of €12 /litre. The main courses were delicious, I... More

We met some friends of us here as this was one of their favourite places in Florence. Our evening was very pleasant. They have a lot of Florentine specialities on the menu and a charming, local atmosphere. Their Macaroni with White Rabbit ragu and mushrooms that I got for Primo was awesome, and the pork saltimbocca with sesame crust and... More

Went here based on Trip Advisor reviews. Either the reviews are fake, the reviewers have no taste, or the restaurant had a bad night. Anyway, the service was fine but the food was small, boring and flavourless. So many better restaurants to try in Florence.
