Very Homey and all made from scratch.
You won't find anything on the menu that isn't lovingly prepared that day and is as fresh as can be from the surrounding countryside.
Can't wait to go back!
Be sure to make a reservation!
This restaurant was recommended by a friend who is an owner of several restaurants in Montreal. When he is in Cortona, this is a place he frequents. The food is fresh and delicious...most coming from a family farm. The owner is friendly and accommodating. We...More
This place serves traditional tuscan food. The bruschettas were very, toothbreaking hard and the wild boar had too much salt. Strange thing that happened when booking a table is that we could only reserve a table at 7/7.30 or after 9. When dining there, the...More
Passed the restaurant many times, always full and busy. Gave it a try,.
Friendly welcome, full of locals..given the owners farm locally not surprised. Very jolly place.

We stopped there for lunch and lucky for us, we got a table, as people kept coming in and the restaurant was full before 1 pm!
We enjoyed the pici with pecorino cream, the pici with truffles and pasta with tomatoes.
Quick and efficient service,...More
