This restaurant is situated on a back street in the center of Taormina. They serve fantastic Italian food! I had the best bruscetta ever, and the pasta was to die for. Portions are huge, but the prices are not. Highly recommended.

Stumbled upon this place looking for our first lunch in Taormina. Had the antipasti plate which was just ok, the pizza, which was just ok, and the eggplant and a red sauce pasta, which were both really good. Very dissapointed in pizza but the pasta was awesome. Great, friendly, service in Italian and English. Fun setting in small back-street. When... More

I reserved a table on the phone with the friendliest woman! Our group of four (2 Italian, 2 Americans who live in Italy) sat outside and enjoyed an incredible antipasto. It was enough for all four of us and included fresh grilled vegetables with a variety of cheeses. Everyone loved it. We ordered too much food after that. I had... More

Pretty and smart in appearance hill top small town, though centre very touristy. Osteria was pleasantly off main route, in one of many pedestrian only areas, but worth the wonder. We sat outside on wide pavement, attentive service, fairly priced, fabulous pizza, and best green mixed salad been served for a while. Very fine place for a leisurely lunch away... More

We ate here at the recommendation of our local host who said it was the best place for rustic Sicilan food, and the locals really do know best! It was charming, great value and the food was delicious. The staff are so friendly, welcoming and truly want you to enjoy your meal. First night, we sat outside in the little... More

Came across this pizzari by chance. The pizza was good and reasonably priced. The staff were very friendly and ready to help and have a joke. Great place for a casual bite and a beer.

A great place to eat. As others have said Taormina has a lot of tourist trips this is not one of them. Delicious, plentiful and homely cooking. I'd recommend not having a starter or having a starter and sharing a main otherwise there will be leftovers.

At such touristic places like Taormina we did not expect to find a place which makes you feel like you find a hidden treasure. Well, its definitely not hidden as it is very close to the "main" walking street, but still its already far enough to get some calmness. Interior is very authentic and everyone was amazingly nice and welcoming,... More
