In our search for a different place to have a drink and something to eat we stumbled on the very different and enjoyable bar and eating place just off Via Aetna in Catania. The place is open in the evenings and when the weather permits...you can sit outside where there is space for 40 plus guests. The drinks menu is different from many other places and really well made. The food is modern and not very typical Sicilian but nevertheless really well composed and tasty. The place gets very busy and if you have not booked you may have to wait for a table. The owner Paolo is a very good host and his staff very professional.More

We were 11 days in Sicily and we went here 3 times, because it was just perfect! The food as well as the drinks have really unique flavors and the taste was just amazing. Not only the food and drinks were amazing, the staff is...also very professional and very passionate about their work. They are very open and are ready to explain everything of the menu and even give you the best recommendations. The owner is also very kind and humble and he really deserves to be at this top spot at TripAdvisor. This was by far the best restaurant that we have visited in Sicily, although there are many good restaurants. If we come back one day, I will surely visit this restaurant again!More
