I stayed in Bari for 3 nights and eat here twice. Lovely food and wine, great service. I was very impressed with the restaurant, I found Bari terrible for food/wine. Would not recommend the city but if your there then this is a lovely place to go.

Like many other reviewers we let our waiter choose what we were to eat and we certainly were not disappointed. The food is of such a high standard and so tasty. We were delighted with every dish. I am not usually a desert person but the pistachio souffle was out of this world. If in Bari, dine here.

Tucked around a corner in Bari vecchia, delightful rustic decor. We started with artichoke pâté, light and tasty on little toasts. For our mains: Braciole in red sauce, so tasty, I haven't had one like this in a very long time. Hearty! Other main was Wild donkey morsels in sauce. Tender and delicious. Highly recommended. (Note to proprietors, the dish... More

Tried booking on internet but had no response. Went there but place was full. Tried to book and was told to go at a later time but still didn't have table. It appeared that locals were given preference. Otherwise the ambience looked nice and romantic and the food looked and smelt good.

My husband and I were too tired to bother with the menu so we left the choice in the hands of the very able staff. We were served a selection of local delicacies. The staff were very solicitous and helpful. We were free to stop eating when we felt that we had had enough. The place was packed with locals... More

La uascezze is tucked away down a narrow alley but once discovered you definitely want to go back. Characterful surroundings and relaxed atmosphere coupled with superb food and attentive service really does tick all the boxes. We only popped in here for a beer although were intrigued to find out what exactly 'Wild Donkey Chunks' were?! It's not often you... More
