Disappointed to say the least. Harry's Bar was on our list to dos in Venice. The room was packed and we waited patiently to be pointed in the right direction and what we needed to do, not once in 10 or so minutes did anyone...More

While most people just go for the Bellini's on the first floor, dining on the second floor is a real treat. Food is excellent, as is the service. It is very expensive though but worth the trip.

Harry's Bar is a definite must when visiting Venice if only to tick it off your 'places to visit' list. The bar itself has certainly kept its original charm and you do in fact feel like you're stepping back in time. Very impressive indeed. However...More

We came to try the famous Bellinis as we'd heard this was the place they were created. After walking into a dull looking bar with no character or atmosphere, we were soon told we weren't welcome as I was wearing shorts (mid-afternoon on a hot...More

It's the original Cipriani's Harry's Bar which is successfully replicated by this family all over the globe. I've eaten in their 5+ restaurants in NY, London & LA and enjoyed many of the same dishes. I was excited to eat where it all started. You...More

Attempted to go to Harry's Bar, San Marco, for some cocktails and were almost ushered out of the door as we felt unwelcome. We were smartly dressed at 3.00 in the afternoon. We were told the upstairs was restaurant only so we should not go...More

This place is pure comedy because it's so ridiculous. You walk in to a boring bar. No character at all. The waiters are in tuxedos and are super snobs acting like you just walked into the most prestigious joint around. The bartender acts like he...More

Went for lunch to ck it out. It was fantastic. Crab salad. Club sandwich was best we've ever had. So we made reservations for 24 people for dinner. A chef's choice prefix menus. Everything was perfect, our friends were so happy they were able to...More
