Stopped for a brief snack lunch. It’s a short menu of local seafood things mainly. We’d recommend seafood salad , sardines in saor and cuttlefish in black ink with polenta. They don’t do coffee

Really excellent wine bar in Venice, probably the best I've been too. We had plates of meats like salami as well as a mixed fish plate, which was like different Cods in salad form, really incredible. Sort of like having Cicchetti at your table, you...More

Great location in a busy square. Everything just amazing, wonderful food but most impressive the hospitality of the staff and owners. Went in for a drink before a Pre booked dinner elsewhere- are minimal and went back for an evening that turned into early hours...More

The meat and seafood was nice - in particular the seafood carpaccio. It’s situated on a very local and non busy square. The service wasn’t welcoming at all - the lady who ran it was rude and dismissive for no reason. I asked for melon...More

As opposed to all the touristy places on Campo S. Margherita, alla Bifora feels more authentic and local. Always busy, had to eat inside, instead of the preferred out on the square, but was very happy with the food. The prosciutto was paper thin and...More

The restaurant is located at campo Santa Margarita. In the summer it’s better to sit outside (if you find a table) under the lightened angel of the nearby chiesa di San Sebastiano and let the children play around. Food is typical venetian, portions are big...More

It can be a little hard to get a table outside on a busy evening but it’s worth the wait. Service appears a little rough at first side but it’s part of the charm of the place. The meat platter is definitely a good choice...More

This wine bar had great service and food when I visited. I ordered the medium cold meat platter and cheese platter as well as a spritz. All were delicious. The charcuterie board was beyond amazing especially the porchetta and bresola. Great food and atmosphere!

Visited on May 31st at 4:50 pm. My camera data stamps and time hence the details. Tables outside were vacant besides a few couples occupying 2-3 spots. My wife and I decided we would like to sit together on the same side of the table...More

Amazing authentic platters to share. The selection of cod plate was also tasty. Large portions. Swift and professional service. I find that in Italy if you are polite to the waiter then he is polite to you! The ATM is just next to the restaurant...More
