Absolutely terrible. Total tourist trap. Relies on its view of the water. Otherwise, you get, perhaps, the most rude and pretentious waiters in all of Italy. Terrible experience. An embarrassment to Venice.

Good location, far enough from the hustle of rialto bridge that we could have a nice relaxed atmosphere by the canal. Not too far to walk out of the main areas though. Food was excellent and very well presented but portions a little small. Over...More

Six other people and myself visited Osteria Bancogiro. Our dinner reservation fell through and we wanted to check out the Rialto Bridge area. Two hours before, we called and made a reservation for seven people. They immediately stated they could fit us in and would...More

This was one of our best finds in 3 months of dinning out in Europe. We pulled the recommendation out of a Japanese guide book (my wife is Japanese) and WOW were not disappointed, we selected a range of dishes (5 course dinner) including Seafood,...More

Had mains and pud here. One of three or four independant eateries/bars in an old warehouse, all cheek by jowl. Really excellent sea bream, beautifully presented, lamb lovely and pink, great take on tira misu, and simple ice cream. The suggested soave was excellent too....More

We stopped after visiting the Rialto Bridge. Nice location, open views and usually crowded. Just drunk a Spritz, Bellini and 2 sodas. Attention was OK although a bit inattentive. Nice place.

We just went for a drink and apps. We got the assorted fried fish and it was ok but let's be honest why you are there. You are there for the view. Order a bottle and camp out. Wish I was there now.

Near canal grande, with (for venice:)) very good opening hours and location close to Rialto this is a place where you can go several times a day to have snack, coffe, cichetti or full meal. Service is very good and also they have fresh oysters!

The Rialto Bridge is the most famous sight along the
Grand Canal in San Polo, smallest of Venice's six

markets for fish, fruit and vegetables, while shops
display goods from cheese to wine to desserts. San
