Came in for dinner on our last night in Venice. Waiter recommended some pasta and a beef fillet. Once they brought the food out, my fiancé immediately sent his fillet back because it was very undercooked. Almost raw meat and he asked for a medium...More

Have visited this Osteria before and have always come away feeling happy. Happy with the service, the menu, the food and the good value for money. Some tables overlook the piazza whilst a few glimpse the Grand Canal

The Banco Giro is well located close to the Rialto bridge and the Rialto market. It faces the canal and its outside table offer good views. We went there just for drinks and cicchettis but the cicchettis, of which they had a very limited selection,...More

This place rocks. Good luck getting in the door. The wines selections are better than most, none of the crostini/cicchetti disappoint, and their is a good mix of clientele. A bit of a mob scene, but the quality of the wine and cicchetti I tried...More

Had a few drinks and a meal here. The beer and wine selections are good, the food is nice in the restaurant upstairs. But a nice place to have a quiet meal. Bit pricey for what it is but would recommend.

Make a booking a get a table outside facing the Grand Canal and enjoy watching the sunset as you dine. The beef fillet was definitely a standout, cooked to perfection and one of the best steaks had in Italy.

This is a very small restaurant across the Rialto bridge from the main part of Venice. The dishes are simple but well prepared and the wine list has a few hidden gems. Although a reservation is not required, it’s still a good idea.

I have never had “Ciccetti” before but WOW was it incredible here. Warm octopus eggplant appetizer followed by a shrimp curry ricotta dish and then prosciutto and paprika eggplant sauce crustini’s. In combination with the white house wine, would 10/10 recommend. Plus beautiful views if...More

The Rialto Bridge is the most famous sight along the
Grand Canal in San Polo, smallest of Venice's six

markets for fish, fruit and vegetables, while shops
display goods from cheese to wine to desserts. San
