Absolutely terrible. Total tourist trap. Relies on its view of the water. Otherwise, you get, perhaps, the most rude and pretentious waiters in all of Italy. Terrible experience. An embarrassment to Venice.

Good location, far enough from the hustle of rialto bridge that we could have a nice relaxed atmosphere by the canal. Not too far to walk out of the main areas though. Food was excellent and very well presented but portions a little small. Over...More
Six other people and myself visited Osteria Bancogiro. Our dinner reservation fell through and we wanted to check out the Rialto Bridge area. Two hours before, we called and made a reservation for seven people. They immediately stated they could fit us in and would...More

Near canal grande, with (for venice:)) very good opening hours and location close to Rialto this is a place where you can go several times a day to have snack, coffe, cichetti or full meal. Service is very good and also they have fresh oysters!
