This restaurant is a bit hidden so we spent a little bit of time looking for it, but it was so worth it! I suggest making a reservation for lunch since the restaurant was really full by 1:00pm. The restaurant serves mostly seafood and I...More

This place is worth the walk out to find it, a real hidden gem. The food was spectacular and within the same sort of price points for anywhere half decent in Venice. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu explaining what the various...More

Highly recommended on many websites, this pretty little restaurant was comfortable and fun. A nice combination of seafood and meat selections too, as sometimes Venice can be "fish-centric". You are presented with a little cone of tiny flash-fried shrimp to munch on as you peruse...More

This is our second visit to this amazing restaurant. Mostly seafood . They start you off with complementary crispy tasty teeny shrimp. We had the seafood carpaccio (as pictured above)with delectable slices of raw fish and gamberi rossi as well as langostine . Really good!...More

Our best meal in Venice. The seafood was fresh and excellently prepared, and the few non-seafood dishes we tried were surprisingly good. As foreign tourists we found that the service warmed up pretty quickly. We ordered several things to share, as well as an off...More

Came to restaurant with high expectations after reading glowing review in NYT and being recommended by concierge at top rated hotel. Thought nothing of 120 euro expense of water taxis to and from restaurant. Biggest waste of money in 2 week vacation. Upon arrival, thought...More

Oh my.......just reading prior reviews, focusing on the negative ones. Boy have these folks got it wrong! Easily one of the finest restaurants in Venice. Based on LOCAL conversations. Location is not so easy, unless you follow the blue lines on your iPhone! Menu changes...More

I was happy to have reserved a table here and the weather allowed us to sit outside. Unfortunately we were originally seated next to an unbearably loud and pretentious couple of American's who attempted to remain oblivious of their intimate surroundings, rendering conversation for all...More

This unassuming restaurant is incredibly difficult to eat in because it is so popular - our hotel manager was very surprised when we said where we were heading for dinner (but we booked in July to make sure!) This is a restaurant that doesn’t look...More

We booked this restaurant after watching it on Rick Stein. The food was exceptional in every way. We absolutely loved the baby prawns in the cones, the crab linguine, squid ink pasta and oh the tiramisu! This restaurant is the only place we've eaten soft...More

The Rialto Bridge is the most famous sight along the
Grand Canal in San Polo, smallest of Venice's six
sestieri (districts) and by far the busiest
neighbourhood. Morning Venetians arrive to peruse the
markets for fish, fruit and vegetables, while shops
display goods from cheese to wine to desserts. San
Silvestro and Rialto Market vaporetto (water taxi)
stops add to the steady stream of foot traffic. San

Agree with comments below - well worth the splurge. Our cost was €110, two glasses of wine. Important to book ahead.

We found It quite easily just using a street guide out of a guide book. Just take your time. You need to book though. Hope you enjoy.

We actually visited the restaurant in October although I reviewed it in November. We got our hotel to book - but it is possible that it's closed in January.
