Don't really want to tell you about Cantina Do Mori, as we selfishly want to keep it a secret! Set away from the hustle and bustle, clearly frequented by locals, a selection delicious cicchetti and wine, in a cosy setting. From here you can meander...More

Stopped in for spritz and cicchetti - good value and excellent food friendly staff. Sat outside and chilled.

Smal, cosy and authentic, it takes you away from all the tourist hoopla and introduces you to an authentic Venetian experience. The food, bite size tapas, is delicious and inexpensive while wine poured by the glass is from local vintners and simply outstanding. If you...More

Found this place while on a tour. It is the oldest continuously run bar in Venice. The charm of this place with the stone and rich dark wood interior add to the feeling of history. The food is wonderful. They serve small portion dishes (1 or...More

Three days in Venice, visited here three times. Loved the little sandwiches, the wine, the prices and the atmosphere. Hope to make it back someday!

I love this little gem of a bar, I go there every time I'm in Venice. It's true sometimes you'll see a tour going through but they generally don't stay long. I've been lucky that we seem to always be there when it's not busy....More

My partner and I dropped into Cantina Do Mori for some lunchtime cicchetti. Having high expectations after visiting Cantina Do Spade (just around the corner) the evening before, we were not disappointed. The bar was small and busy with what looked like a food tour...More

We visited this location as part of a food tour of Venice. Over the course of a week we were on a quest to find the best cicchetti and this restaurant was in our top two picks. I'd say it was a tie although this...More

San Polo
The Rialto Bridge is the most famous sight along the
Grand Canal in San Polo, smallest of Venice's six
sestieri (districts) and by far the busiest
neighbourhood. Morning Venetians arrive to peruse the
markets for fish, fruit and vegetables, while shops
display goods from cheese to wine to desserts. San
Silvestro and Rialto Market vaporetto (water taxi)

We went through Viator and booked the Venice Food Tour: Cicchetti and Wine. They were great but, as stated by the previous person, going on your own and getting lost can be part of the fun.
