I happened upon it at a complicated moment when I had very little time to eat something.
In what I estimate was less than 5 minutes they made me a margherita on the fly, and I'm talking about a Friday evening at 8.30pm when they certainly have a lot of orders to handle.

Small pizzeria in the San Paolo area. The pizzas are good with the use of quality ingredients. Possible to eat outside. Speedy service. The only sore point is the crazy heat inside the place... We just had dinner in this wonderful pizzeria and I must say that the experience was exceptional. The restaurant presents a welcoming and carefully maintained environment, reflecting the Owner's passion and commitment to the quality and authenticity of Italian products. The pizza was divine, with fresh ingredients and a perfect combination of flavors, all strictly Slow Food. The staff were extremely courteous and attentive, making us feel really welcome. I've been going to this pizzeria for 2 years because it's close to me and it's only gotten worse. The pizzas are delivered 20 minutes late (on average) and the prices are too high for the quality of the product. Now they have crossed the line. I got a fried pizza which turned out to be the dough of a margherita fried 2/3 times. Not only did the raw mozzarella release a lot of liquid afterwards, but the color was brownish and the pizza was practically toasted. Inedible and impossible to digest (due to stomach ache). Obviously an incredible disappointment and I will never go there again.

I've been frequenting this pizzeria for a long time, and I have almost nothing to complain about the pizza, apart from the wallet-sized pizza and very high price.
Having said that, last night my wife and I took two takeaway pizzas and two desserts, a cannoli and a piece of cheesecake.
The latter were dangerously inedible, the cheesecake rancid and the cannoli had been in the fridge for a long time.

Inspired by the variety of pizzas present on the flyer of this place, we decide to try it, despite the slightly high prices of the pizzas...
We order 1 portion of farinata and 2 pizzas both with stuffed crust: “Neapolitan style with stuffed crust - from Campania” and “Courgette flowers with stuffed crust”.

I was in this place for my birthday because they recommended it and I must say it was a beautiful experience .. The staff very kind and attentive to detail and the pizza is really sublime .. At first bite you feel that the ingredients are of high quality ..

I've been to this pizzeria three times in the last few months, the last time a few weeks ago.
The potential of the pizza is high, high quality ingredients, Slow Food and good dough that you can choose from different types.

Pummaró is among the best, and in my opinion, few excellent pizzerias in Turin. The place is small, but booking you will be served in no time by the super friendly and welcoming staff. The pizzas are really good, the desserts too. But I have a consideration to make, relative to a very small foresight that from my point of view has "escaped". For a pizza on the menu I asked for 2 changes. The first is to change one type of cheese for another (not to add, change). Exchange charge, 1 euro. Excellent pizzeria, real Neapolitan pizza with well-leavened dough, crust, classic and gourmet toppings, even relevant regional specialties and products. For 12 years I have been using them to eat in or for takeaway, I know the two very nice owners, Alberto and Guido, and their young and professional staff and I must say that I have always had a great time with both the food and the service. A quality experience! Each dish is a journey through the Italian regions thanks to ingredients from small local producers and Slow Food presidia.
