We stumbled upon this restaurant - and what a wonderful find it is! The service is exceptional - knowledgeable, personable and efficient. The food is beautiful - some of the best we’ve ever eaten. The wine list is extensive and affordable. You’re enjoying Michelin star level food for a price which doesn’t make you feel as though you’re being cheated. A must if you’re in Turin.

The experience was wonderful both for the refined and tasty cuisine and for the location with attention to every detail. The elegant and welcoming dining room staff made us feel at ease from the first moment. Small but well-kept location with fairly spaced tables. Attentive service, the staff is young but knows what they do. The newly vacated tables are immediately cleared and prepared again even if there are no guests waiting. Excellent food, a mix of ingredients and local dishes with other proposals but everything really excellent. A note of applause: the risotto was too salty, it can happen. We reported it, they remade it as quickly as possible, while waiting my wife was served some amuse bouche, the new dish was brought personally by the chef who apologized for the inconvenience: Well done guys!

I came to this restaurant for dinner for the third time and I can say with certainty that it is truly incredible. The place is warm and welcoming, I love the color choices and the lighting, simple and refined furnishings, the room is managed by a splendid girl, measuredly prepared, very attentive to the customers' needs and always smiling. The dishes, what can I say, do not need to be commented on because there are no words to describe them, with a minimal and elegant appearance but with a strong flavour, I recommend it to everyone for a big occasion or for a dinner with friends, it will not disappoint you. I don't know what magic happens in the kitchen, but each dish was a surprise of flavors, one more delicious than the other. The restaurant is the ideal place to immerse yourself in authentic Piedmontese specialties, executed with a mastery that enhances the quality of the raw materials. Lovely little restaurant which is fresh and modern. We saw this restaurant was only a 15 min walk from our hotel and decided to go without a booking on a Friday night. We arrived just after 7pm opening and they said they could squeeze us in. So glad they could because everything about this dining experience was excellent. I had a special appetiser which was an egg in a Parmesan kind of soup. So tasty. The steak was amazing and the veggie dish my wife had. In addition the wine was superb and following the delicious tiramisu we took a digestivo, both of which were suggested by one of the very friendly and helpful staff. Superb dining experience but I would definitely book if we are lucky enough to get to this beautiful city again.

Beautiful and essential environment, without unnecessary frills.
Good background music for quality and volume.

I had dinner with my family in this restaurant one evening and we were so thrilled by the impeccable service and the quality of the cuisine that we chose it to organize my daughter's graduation lunch with friends and relatives.
The staff immediately proved available to organize the event together, paying very close attention to the customer's requests and adapting it perfectly to our and their needs.
They were open to various comparisons to obtain a truly satisfactory final result.
Since there were 22 of us, they were even willing to reserve the room exclusively for us, guaranteeing an agreed upon menu studied even for the most specific tastes, the guys in the room served with professionalism, confirming the high quality of the chef's work, who pleasantly Our guests were also impressed.

Read the reviews on trip advisor and made a reservation right away…so glad we did! It was such a wonderful experience from the moment we came in. The waitress made a recommendation for a bottle of Nebbiolo which was really great, we had the spinach flan appetizer which basically melted in our mouths, and I had the special, mushroom tajarin (a kind of thin egg noodle spaghetti - made there!) which was really savory and full of lovely umami flavor. My husband had the rack of Iberico pork which was cooked to perfection with whipped potatoes and a pork gravy. Our boys shared the fassona fillet steak which they ate as if we never feed them - quickly and fought over who got the bigger half. It was really tender you could practically cut it with a fork. For dessert we had the tart with chantilly cream and red berries which was as delicious as anything else we had. The staff were wonderful, friendly, kind, and attentive. The bread was slightly salty and VERY addictive. And at the end the waiter gave the boys lollipops! It was a really special dinner for our last night in Turin!

The meal we had at Saluce was absolutely faultless. Service was incredible - all the staff made us very welcome, took as much time as we needed to explain the various dishes, and were friendly and helpful throughout. Found by chance while wandering around Turin, it was a pleasant surprise.
Welcome bubbles offered by the house and typical traditional Turin dishes.
The two of us ordered a vitello with tuna sauce, a beef tartare with truffle flakes (it was plentiful), a parmigiana and a portion of agnolotti with roast sauce.
I found everything very good, especially the agnolotti with just a "sprinkling" of Parmesan requested by me :) .
The staff is young and friendly.
Including coffees the bill was around 30 euros each.
Perhaps the only flaw is the lack of side vegetables which were not available.

Excellent elegant restaurant with non-trivial cuisine. In addition to traditional dishes - slightly revisited - you can find more innovative and even sophisticated dishes. Impeccable service and prices in relation to the quality of the food. The fassona niçoise tartare is very good and plentiful, the two first courses chosen are particular and really tasty (purple potato gnochetti with fondue and beetroot risotto with buffalo brie and pistachio). The bonet is exquisite. The glass of Nebbiolo is also excellent. Definitely a place to recommend.

We were welcomed with courtesy in a small, intimate and very welcoming structure by young staff, who, taking turns at the table, guided us in choosing the courses. We opted for traditional Piedmontese starters, first courses and desserts: tartare, veal with tuna sauce, flan, plin and tagliatelle, then bunet and a sorbet. Excellent quality raw materials and dishes with a surprising taste. Really friendly staff and chef who comes to say hello at the end of dinner. Fair price.
