If you are in the area, here you can get a pretty fast service and a good dish or wood-oven pizza. I only eat veal-Milanese meat with rucola and tomatoes on top of it. This dish is not always in the menu, but I suggest you ask for it and try it. They will make it express, It is a classic in northern Italy and they make it fairly well at a very reasonable price (around 12 euro).

Pizza was good with seafood however i didn’t feel salt. Prices are not so high. The service was good but may be because there were only two clients at the moment I was there

Wow, what a lucky find!

We arrived in Turin, checked in to our room and spent 6 hours touring town. Looking for a nice dinner we picked Emporio Gastronomico at random. So glad we did! They recognised the language barrier and provided English menu. Liter of house white was wonderful. Appetizer of tarte tatin with seasonal vegetables was outstanding. I had fish and she had ravioli. Both perfect. Fresh fruit and chocolate fondue dessert was all we needed. Probably go back tomorrow

Well worth it

Off the beaten/tourist track, …with a lot of locals But worth it, excellent service The maitre’d was great, interpreted the Italian menu Had the veal with the herb potato The wife had the spaghetti - looked and tasted delicious The daughters had the pie for dessert If you can find it, - go there

Visited this place Dec 2019 with colleagues from work. Food was delicious, service was impeccable and was reasonably priced. Would definitely visit again.

Great pizza!

A little expensive menu. Pizzas have normal prices. One of the best pizzas I ever had, thin and tasty! You realise that they use top quality ingredients.

Not as good as it was years ago.... Expensive

I visited this place 5 years ago and the quality of the food as well as the atmosphere were great. Now the place is really chaotic even on a Tuesday night and the quality is not great. Not only was my fish not fresh but also my veggies were frozen. Expensive

Lovely traditional restaurant on colonnaded street

Good menu with so much more than the good choice of pizza. Veal was beautifully tender as was the squid. We didn’t book and ate in the outside area - very warm despite being January and service was excellent. Good advice on wine as well.

Enjoj pizza and cake

"Sarchiapone" , its a delicious pizza with ham stracchino cheess rucola, as every kind of pizza, very well cooked and served by waitress very gentle and quick. Prices average medium in Turin, 20 e for person, my vote is 10. I live in Turin since two years, and its one of my favourite places😊

Fantastic pasta!

I went with friends for lunch on a Saturday afternoon. We sat in the outdoor section of the restaurant and it turned out to be one of the most memorable meals I had during my time in Turin. This was because I ordered the Chitarra with pomodorini saltati, one of the best pasta dishes I've had in recent memory. This, combined with a bottle of red wine (of which I have regrettably forgotten the name) made for a great (and relatively inexpensive) dining experience. Highly recommended!

Hurried service and OK pizza

This restaurant is very centrally located and is normally quite busy, particularly outside (the glazed area is accessible all year round). Their pizzas are good, but more on the average side of good than the outstanding one. Service needs attention, they are by no means discourteous but they appear to be a little stretched with few waitresses (I didn't see any waiters) working a large number of tables and resulting in long gaps between courses or missing items. I think if you happen to be staying in the neighbourhood this is a reasonable choice, but not particularly worth a detour.

Not impressed!

Being here twice, we had pizza and main courses, they were ok, not bad, but nothing special ... What really will prevent me from going back is the staff! They are very cold and hurried, never smile and never engage in a petty conversation with customers...I value customer service very much and can't say that we received a good one, neither today nor a couple of weeks ago. What a shame!

Been here twice now. It serves some excellent local dishes and has a good selection of seafood. Pizzas were highly rated by everyone. Beer is expensive, stick to the prosecco :)
