The food and service were excellent. However the entire experience was tainted by what I now know (from experience) to be a scam that is regularly perpetrated on tourists in Italy: The "our credit card machine isn't working, we can only take cash" scam. Here's...More

My friend Roberto took me here for lunch, near his office. Greeted with warm friendship, Monica and Marco, the wonderful owners, plainly care for my friend. They opened the restaurant for us, so we had a perfect table and attention. From the Tuesday special of...More

If you want something old style both on type of food and atmosphere, this is the place. While you don't have to dress up, smart casual at least will help you fit in with the decor and atmosphere. Not stuffy, just old style elegant. Had...More

It is somewhat an institution in Milan. This restaurant has the feeling of 'first class restaurant you would find on the titanic'. Food naturally excellent. Service old style and yet exciting.

Ambiance is the key here...along with the attentive service. I enjoyed my meal but it was not the best I've had in Milan by far. The appetizer selection was small and I was disappointed in the "special" ham....The ravioli with tuna was a bit fishy...More

We were a small group, 14 people, and were given a private room in this historic restaurant. The restaurant is very stylish and conservative: chandeliers and plenty of staff. The restaurant is very well located, not far from the Duomo. The food was good, if...More

No particular requirements, although waiters wear bow ties and the ambient is quite formal, but in our party we had people with jeans and no jackets, and I saw the same in other tables
