A one of a kind restaurant and owner. Gave us the menu then when I asked for the wine list he replied ‘I am the wine list.’ He asked us what we wanted then brought over 5 wines and described them. We ended up drinking two of them, both excellent and both very reasonable. Food was excellent, especially the loaded tartare, which had anchovies, capers and truffle oil. Sounded too much but wasn’t at all, much more delicate than I expected. When we asked for the bill he added it up from memory. Overall a memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Small place, but very nice and welcoming. There are few tables, but this allows the owner to express all his passion for wine. Once you have chosen the menu, it presents you with 4-5 bottles in detail, so you can make the best choice. the thing I liked most is that in addition to the most famous wineries it has a vast choice of more particular and less refined wines, which it tends to recommend more precisely for tasting something new. We drank "L'avelenata", a good red wine and recommended!

I almost went back here just for the pasta! Great flavor and obviously handmade, it was a great start to my trip. Got a table right away even though I was traveling solo and it was Friday evening. The open wines were very good as well, and everything was very reasonably priced. Although the menus were not in English, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

We came across Wine Road and stopped for a glass, two glasses, a bottle and some pasta...the wine by the glass is great, however when asked for the list by the bottle - the delight. We wandered through a tale from a partner and landed with a super bottle of Vaitellina Superiore. Simple good pasta. A perfect place to chill.

Small cosy restaurant which was close to our hotel. We booked on line but there seemed to
be room for walk ins too. Not a huge menu but covered all bases. Great wine selection as the name implies. Food was really top notch. I opted for the carbonara, delicious. Good value for money, three glasses of wine, one starter and two main courses for 50 euro.

Stumbled across this place on our last night in Milan. Four hungry travellers in search of good food and drink and boy did we find it. A great host took us through the food and drink menus and helped us selection wonderfully tasty pasta dishes together with a sublime white wine to go with it. I can't recommend this place highly enough.

Went here for a thursday dinner.. Small enoteca with great atmosphere.
They had a small and very good selection of dinners - all our dishes was great tasting.
Service was very good - they had a good wine list and the waiters knew their wine..
If you are looking for a wine tasting - some great tapas and wine in a place with good vibes and atmosphere - you will not be disappointed if you head for Wine Road!

We found this nice little wine bar in time for a small lunch. They had such a good selection of wine that we had to enjoy an extra glass, even it was in the middle of the day. Very nice service, and simple but very good food in rural tradition.

Amazing winery with also very good food. I only can recommend this place the selection of wine is amazing and the food is very good! You have to go there if you’re in Milan. Don’t miss it, really!

Really great choice of wine , recommend the Montefalco Sagrantino, beautiful full bodied wine. If you unsure just ask the Somelier for a recommendation, he is only to happy to help. Nice food at a reasonable price. Small intimate bar, very friendly

I have been to this little winr bar twice for lunch, and overall I have had a good experience, but one thing tarnished my view of the place. Right after the meal I had there (focaccia with cheese and some raw ham) I started feeling very badly and ended up sick for several days with cramps to my stomach. Food poisoning? I cannot be sure, but the doubt strongly remains in my mind.
The staff was nice, but a bit unorganized, and the prices are OK for the type of food served. Without my "accident" I would have recommended this place, now I'm not so sure, hoping that my suspicions are wrong.

The place is located in one of the smartest alleys in central Milano. Good life matches with beauty. The staff will neighbourly welcome you. This is a good address for standing at the bar and talking to someone else you might be meeting for the first time. This way you will share the pleasure of sipping some precious substance from your glasses.

We thoroughly enjoyed our wine and food at Wine Road. The owner was incredibly nice and helpful and the food was wonderful. We hope to be back next time we're in Milan.
