Very nice and cosy atmosphere, the stuff is friendly and professional. The food is always excellent but theres carpaccio is the best carpaccio I have ever tasted. Highly recommended! :)

We visited, 14 people speaking only english, and were extremely well looked after. The waiters made every effort to accommodate us, and succeeded fantastically in spite of a somewhat limited knowledge of english. The food was fantastic, and very reasonably priced, with large portions for Italy. If you are anywhere near this restaurant, I strongly recommend a visit.

We had really great time at Mongolfiera. Nice atmosphere, kind staff, excellent dishes. We tried sedanini alla Mongolfiera, tagliata di manzo and torta pera&cioccolato each to be recommended!

Back in this part of Italy for the first time in a while we had to come back here. The food was just as good as last time. Excellent quality, nothing too fussy but all done well. The service is good and the antipasti "smorgasbord" still great value. I know what I pay for this back home. Lots of local... More

I walked in at 7pm on the dot and there was no one in the restaurant. After seeing all the positive reviews I did not let this deter me so I took a seat. I browsed the menu and it all looked wondeful with reasonable prices (5€ for a spinach salad and 9€ for Risotto). I asked for a glass... More

Came here to celebrate a big occasion and it did not disappoint. Everything that came out of the kitchen was excellent; speaking for myself I had the pappardelle con funghi porcini and the veal which were both delicious and perfectly cooked. Our host was really helpful in recommending dishes, particularly the homemade pear and chocolate tart for desert which was... More

I said almost, because everything was ok except the drinks. In the menu is specified glass of prosecco is 5 euros, we ordered 2 and they brought us an entirely bottle wich was 20 euros! Despite this the food is amazing. I will recommend it.

We had dinner at the Mongolfiera and everything was delicious. The menu is very various and the waitress are very professional suggesting dishes that are not on the menu but available as special of the day. We strongly suggest to give it a go if you pass near by.

This is the place if you are looking for real local Italian food in Milan. This is a family owned restaurant, which is a proper one, not a tiny one, and is near a residential area. Not near tourist area but definitely worth it. All dishes are amazing. Salad bar gives you a number of special Italian dishes too.
