The restaurant was suggested by the staff at our hotel and was luckily turned out to be a good bet.. We were tired and hungry after a long flight and wanted to grab some tasty hot food and some nice wine.. And it was :) We found good vegetarian options as well. The staff was very helpful and went out... More

Ate here 3 nights in a row. The food was excellent. Service friendly and quick and portions generous. Very well priced. If I'm ever back its top of my list to eat Tucked away around a corner, ask for directions. Well worth a visit

Our hotel (New York Hotel) recommended this restaurant as we had come in late from Paris and were hungry and wanted something close by and it was a 5 minute walk. What a great recommendation! We were treated like royalty by our fabulous waiter who brought us extra little things throughout the meal. We totally over indulged on several courses.... More

Very nice restaurant, not as overly touristic as we initially thought. The food was very nice and the recommended wine was fantastic. I wasn't overly thrilled by how the waiter kept on recommending the most expensive dishes and wines as it didn't feel authentic at all and seemed as they were trying to rip off tourists, however the food was... This restaurant is a short walk from Central Station and was recommended to us by the hotel in which we were staying. There were quite a few guests dining outside on arrival, so we were unsure if they would be able to accommodate us inside. The restaurant is deceiving in size, there was ample sample inside and there was also... More

This is an excellent restaurant to go to if you want to see how perhaps once great and authentic Italian restaurant is being run down by new Chinese owners. We went here because of the TripAdvisor reviews and were so bitterly disappointed. Our appetizers, gratinated seafood, were all tasteless, from the seafood itself to the gratin on top of it,... Have had dinner here tonight and will definitely be returning tomorrow night. The food was fabulous and the staff very attentive and charming. I confess to walk past it having not seen previous reviews I would probably have carried on walking but my dad and I enjoyed our meal and evening there so much there is no question where we... More

We stopped there on our first night in Milan. We so pleasantly surprised at the great food and great service. Everything we ordered was wonderful and surpassed our expectations. When we asked for the check we were given complimentary lemon chlelo. What a wonderful way to end our meal. Thank you Pane e Tulipani!

We went here by chance, as it happened to be next door to the apartment we were renting. What a lovely place. Delicious flatbread under the cover charge (in addition to the bread basket) and well-priced wine by the glass. Shared the veggie antipasto to start - a large plate with grilled and sautéed-in-olive oil aubergine, courgette, cauliflower, carrots, peppers... More
