With a bunch of friends we 'be picked this restaurant to try it out. The venue is cosy and the ambient quite intimate even though the tables are not well set and divided from each other. We were asked to sit between the bar counter just behind the column and the stage where a group band was about to performs... More

The food was good, certain dish better than others (creamy home made pasta was delicious). The house wine was great value and actually tasted really good. The best part of the evening is the warm hospitality that the people at the restaurant showed us, they were very friendly and welcoming, big smiles on their faces even when they had to... More

This restaurant was amazing. Our waitress didn't speak any English but she tried her best and really helped us. The ravioli was amazing! Simply the best I've ever had. The house wine was a must try as well. Blanco! White :) You simply must eat here. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxing and you can easily fall in love with... More

My buddy and I were visiting friends in Milan and they recommended that we try Cantina Scoffone. I must say, their advice was spot on! I travel in Italy a lot, and this place stands out as one of the best Italian restaurants I've been to. The ravioli a radicchio e spek was exquisite and the fiorentina was even better.... More

Exceptional! As the lucky husband of a southern Italian woman, I have had the good fortune of dining in many a fine Italian kitchen and restaurant over the years. In spite of the high standards that I have developed as a result, I must say that this restaurant stands out in my mind as one of the best. The ravioli... More

We were there for dinner twice during our stay in Milano. Lovely decoration with traditional Tuscany meal and wine, adored the smile of staffs who work there that warm my heart. We will definitely come back on our next visit!

Staying in Navigli

Neighbourhood Profile
Navigli
The Navigli is part of historic Milan. In the ancient days, the entire city was linked with canals, similar to Venice. Today, most of the canals are gone, but the Navigli remains a canal-based neighborhood. There are two major canals: Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande. The Naviglio Grande's bridges greet visitors at dusk with an amazing view. The Navigli district specializes in clubs, cafes, and vintage shops. Lifestyle reigns supreme here. You can start the walk from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, an antique colonnade in front of the Basilica di San Lorenzo. During the daytime, this place acts as a meeting point for artists and students reading books or chatting with friends; the nights turn it into a stepping-stone for club hoppers. Science lovers will also relish the opportunity to visit the Science and Technology National Museum Leonardo Da Vinci, showcasing inventions of the Italian genius.
