Best meal in Milan. We got some help from a local guy sitting in the table next to us. His tips were excellent and we got carried away and order way too much. In the end we had to ask for a bag to save food for later. Our starters were: 2 different types of arancina, a platter of fried... More

Found this little gem on a previous trip to Milan. They have original Sicilian quisine. Both a little restaurant and a bar. It is on a side street off of Corso Buenos Aires, look for the sign on the beginning of the side street. This time the kitchen had just closed after lunch, but the fresh Canoli where excellent :)... Most eateries round the Duomo area are absolute rip-off tourist traps where the food is bad, the price is expensive and half the time they don't give you a receipt so they can evade tax. This place is different. Local office workers eat here. Mostly sicilian food you can have a very good lunch for 10 to 12 euros. Simple,... More

My first time at Antica Focacceria was last night with two friends. The venue is black and white, wide, clean and quite Manhattan style. The food we picked was very tasty and my tuna steak breaded with pistachio was deliciously yummy. The wine menu is fine. The desserts are very good. Ah, the service is kind especially the girl from... More

This is just in a side street and we just wanted a snack IE piece of cake and coffee. It seems to be more set up for lunch and people popping in for a snack at the bar area, but we got a delicious cannoli, tea and lemon tart sort of thing.. Super clean place with wonderful toilets down stairs.... More

Our first meal in Italy on this trip, and first time in Milan. We picked the restaurant because it was the first decent looking place near our hotel. After just coming from Switzerland, the prices were very inexpensive seemingly. The food was good and I don't understand why the complaints about the wait staff. There was a service charge of... If you stay above you smell like a French fried , if you go downstairs it is like a "mensa" a bit claustrofobic as you do not have a single window . The food is OK only if you take the sicilian specialties to take away. They can do more in my opinion.

We had high hopes for this restaurant and they still managed to top all our expectations! Service was good, allthough it was quite busy night. Food was AMAZING! Best pasta we ate during our one-week-trip to Italy! The restaurant was located in this beautiful historical piazza next to a church, it was cozy and the atmosphere was just breathtaking. I... More

I went in this restaurant tonight, they have italian food, some fish and meat dishes, some pasta dishes but no pizza! The food was fresh prepared and tasted good, but i was not the "wow-effect" for me personally. Nice service! You can find in the centre of Milan, a side street of the famous shopping street Corso Vittorio Emanuele ll.

Centro Storico
The pulsating core of Milan is in Centro. Duomo Square is enclosed by the gothic cathedral, the historic icon of Milan. However, shopping is what draws most crowds to this area. The classy and versatile Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II with luxury boutiques and high quality restaurants will turn any shopping or lunch expedition into a royal experience. Head to the rooftop of the flagship La Rinascente to enjoy the view of the animated square with a panorama of the Duomo. The Corso Vittorio Emanuele II is the street for high-end shopping. Brands of all kinds and street artists attract the attention of all visitors; while at Via Santa Radegonda 16, Luini Panzerotti is a much appreciated street food shop providing unimaginable culinary experiences. If shopping takes its toll on you, consider visiting Castello Sforzesco, a 15th century castle housing several museums. Those looking to relax can go to Parco Sempione, where nature provides respite from the energy of this dynamic and international city.
