We visited La Punta twice during our late August stay in Bellagio. The location is stunning. Great view and the pleasant stroll from central Bellagio is a bonus. One one occasion we stopped by late afternoon for a glass of wine, the second occasion had...More

True to it’s name this beautiful restaurant is located near the point of Bellagio and has very solid food and wine by the glass on offer. We were here for lunch and they did a great job of seating us without reservation.

Our group of 6 had dinner here recently. We had heard it was good. I will say it is a lovely location, although the walk to it from the centre town of Bellagio seemed a bit doggy when it was dark. We had a table...More

Friends recommended that we try La Punta & we were not disappointed, on a rainy day where every eatery under cover was crowded, La Punta was perfect for a long afternoon’s lunch looking out across the lake. We were lucky to get one of the...More

We went there as a suggestion from our guide tour who said they offered local cuisine. The food was not impressive as expected, overpriced and most of all the attention from our server was very poor. They didn’t inform that the only method of payment...More

We were not impressed with our meals. Food is really overpriced. F.e for a half full glass of orange you would pay €5 and they also charge €3 for each person as a service charge. Portions are quite small for the price so in conclusion...More

We were looking for a restaurant a little outside of the busy/crowded centre and found it at La Punta. We enjoyed the views over the lake & delicious pasta. We did not have a reservation but they were able to reserve us a spot. We...More

Friends had recommended this restaurant and we found our visit excellent. We had great service with multiple servers looking after us. Food was very good - minestrone soup, fish appetizer, pastas all very tasty. 2 of us were sharing the ravioli and pesto pasta dishes...More

We road one of the many lake boats to Bellagio from Torno. It was a beautiful day and we really enjoyed our ride. We got in about noon so we walked around for a while and looked for a place to eat near the water....More

We had lunch at Ristorante La Punta. The restaurant has a great location and nice views, but nothing else. It was a real disappointment. The prices are high, but the food and the service are very poor. We ordered a minestrone soup to begin and...More

Absolutely, but I would request a table or in the open when you make the reservation. There is a large grassy area and a walk near the water if they get antsy.

I don't see why not, it is an open restaurant so is not confined. The car park and a grassy area in front where a lot of people just go to enjoy a stroll. It is on a promontory of the lake so you would not want them running... More
