Arrived late after delayed flight. Staff were warm and welcoming and we had some super tasty sandwiches. Tried the new Autumn cocktail created by Maurizio the superb barman. The cocktail was as good as it looked. Bravo Maurizio, #supermixologist

Mauricio’s “Ambrosia Anytime” is one of the best cocktails I’ve ever had. Made reservations just to come back and have this drink!

What a beautiful terrace for a sunset cocktail offering views of the roofs of Rome. Maurizio made me the best Cosmo I ever had. Will definitely be back on my next visit to Rome. Highly recommend.

Went to Ambrosio Rooftop bar after a long day of touring. Luckily Maurizio waited on us. Helped to perfectly match the whisky to my cocktail. Great drink! Ask him about his "Cocktail Perfumes" for that added kick to your home made cocktails. My wife loved...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas

I would make the reservation, but be a little flexible. One the main attractions of Ambrosia is the rooftop experience, so if the weather causes you to sit inside it loses a little. Also, I don’t know this for a fact, but... More

The rooftop Ambrosia restaurant has a fully enclosed glazed area as well as the area open to the elements. So even if the outside seating is not available you can still enjoy, albeit semi, al fresco dining. I would agree... More

There is a whole different taste when you dine with us. Long moments to be savored in an elegant and relaxed atmosphere, discovering the simplicity of traditions and indulging in the typical products of Italian cuisine. The flavor and appeal of the freshest and finest ingredients are enhanced by the creative preparations, such as smoked food and homemade pasta by our Chefs, Massimo Gonnella and Adriano Grech. True pleasures to smell, taste and enjoy. Nothing less than a perfect culinary experience, modern but also ancient in its way of sensing every nuance of flavor. To enjoy without needing to hurry, but respecting the times and ways of nature and that of our traditional recipes. A real Italian dining experience.
