My wife and I hadn't had a gelato in Rome until 3 days after we arrived. I know a sin. We stopped here and had 2 scoops for 3 euros. What a variety and what a dilemma trying to figure out which flavor to choose. Creamy delicious.

In a city of overpriced ice cream this really stands out ! it provides a no frills authentic gelato experience. They have a huge choice of flavors the only downside of the experience was the hard choice of which flavor to get ! Two large scoops was only 3 euros and its a stone throw from the top tourist, spots... More

We were looking for an ice cream today close to coliseo and went for that one following trip review. We were quite disapointed. Gelatos were ok but nothing crazy and biscuit was like paper. Really disappointing.

My biscotto ice cream was very tasty (the best out of three different biscotto's I had in Rome), but after visiting a few other gelatria's, I really think La Dolce Vita could have a larger range of flavours.

Got a large tub of two flavours for just 4 euro! For an area full of rip off restaurants; this was a great deal! Ice cream was delicious and the Pistachio - melt in your mouth; gorgeous! Highly recommended.

In the heart of panhandlers pushing umbrellas, wooden bowls, bracelets, and glass figurines of the Colosseum resides this hole-in-the-wall gelateria. They're not shy to boast the fact that they're well-reviewed on TripAdvisor, having Certificates of Excellence adorning their walls for passers-by to admire. However, they do deserve every single certificate. Their gelato truly is tasty, with flavors both conventional and... More

I was in Rome for 3 days, every single day i had ice cream from there. Most amazing smooth, melt in your mouth gelato with wonderful REAL flavours. Absolutely loved the pistachio and ricotta with figs!!! A definitely must visit place.

Great ice cream. Good Variety. I liked the pistachio and chocolate flavors. The prices are bit above average.

Great stop for gelato - can't go to Italy and not constantly eat Gelato. I had chocolate mint chip and my husband had coffee - both were delicious!! I recommend
