In mid-Nov 2016 , on a clear , cool evening , 4 of us ate ala fresca . The two hosts were attentive without being invasive . The food was marvelous and no more pricey than anywhere else in Rome . The interior of the restaurant is beautifully appointed and elegant , the outside refined but casual . The four... More

Stopped by on a rainy night with my husband, Mother In Law, and a family friend. The staff, particularly Emilio, was more than accommodating, going so far as to specially prepare a dish I had wanted that had been removed from their menu. They were prompt and generous with wine and after dinner drinks and brought us to a table... More

We had two meals at this restaurant in two weeks and each time the food was great, the service was terrific and the price was reasonable for Rome. We enjoyed talking to Emilio who served us both times, he spoke really good English, was very knowledgeable regarding the seafood and has a great sense of humour. You cannot miss the... More

Great food and the service is fast and friendly. Go for the lobster and of course have a bottle of wine. Say hello to Angelo from us , hope he does well. I ll come back for sure.

Save your money Expensive and some of their food looks like it jumped out of the packet onto the plate They advertise prices that include the service charge then charge you anyway When I pointed this out I was told the charge was only included with lunch Never again I only went because they had the trip advisor rating right... This is my place of choice when and if I wonna try good quality fish or seafood. Nicely located within a reach of most attractions around Piazza di Spagna this could have been labelled "touristic", but not really so. Though the prices here are above the average, but not very expensive compared to couple of similarly located venues. So, if... More

Lovely place, super friendly staff and excellent food. Thee prices are a bit high but good location and service are worth it. The only reason I won't give five stars was the "on the house" drinks and appetizers which were included to our bill after all. That was a bit disappointing after good dinner...

The food here is delicious. It is more expensive than other restaurants, but the food tastes so much better here. This was the first place we ate where the food was not salty. I had the risotto with shrimp and black truffles, and it was so flavorful. My husband had the spaghetti with clams, and it was delicious. We didn't... More

By day, Rome’s best-dressed denizens criss-cross its streets in a fashionable parade of errands, occasionally pausing to look fabulous in gorgeous piazzas like San Lorenzo in Lucina.
