Historia Pizzeria Reatina, is just outside Hotel Dolomiti, our home in Rome for 4 days. Arriving early in Rome, we checked in the hotel and went outside for brunch. Since the restaurant was the closest, we went in. Unfortunately they open 11:00 a.m. so we...More

Food is good, but there's some other things that count... We're french speaking persons who can speak in english fluently. We had the chance (?) to have one of the owner to serve us. Since he wasn't speaking good english, we didn't understand each other....More

The owner was friendly but one of the waiters seemed to have an 'attitude'. Still the food was excellent and reasonable.

Not fancy, a family restaurant with typical italian owners and servants. Great food a not pricy compared to others we went. It was about 10€ per person. Recommended

This place wasn't super tourist-y, but recommended by our hotel staff. The owners, who also seemed to be the waitstaff, didn't speak much English, but were very friendly. On our first visit, we thought we might have been overcharged, so asked for an itemised bill....More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas
in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s
famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to
its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot
