They need to reduce their prices considering the location. If it were downtown then perhaps acceptable. Food was OK and presented well; I'd suggest to arrive with the fact that it's going to be expensive.

It was the fish presentation at the entrance that made us very suspectful since the beginning but we were there, four of us, and we tried. .. The ugly smell of fried things was then even worse... a place to forget...may be better in spring or summer in the external space, but who really knows?
La Graticola is a family favourite when visiting Rome. The owner is usually present, and takes pride in recommending dishes from the menu or specials, all cooked fresh. My particular favourite is green Gnocchi with Lemon Parmesan Sauce - which sounds strange but is truly delicious! The Tiramisu and Panna Cotta are also amazing! Make sure to say hello and... More
I ate there twice a few months apart. Once was dinner with a group of work colleagues from London, and we ordered a few appetizers to share and main courses of fish, steak, and several pasta dishes. Service was efficient and pleasant, the food rather indifferent with pasta dishes swimming in oil. My other visit was for lunch on my... More
ITA: personale scazzato, proprietario non professionale e maleducato. Piatti di pesce nella norma e molto cari! Carta dei vini da bar! Alla sera le mogli si sono sentite male...complimenti!! ENG: disgusting personnel, worst than worst! The boss is very rude! Very expensive!! During the same night our ladies felt pretty bad, something for sure was wrong in the food..a place... More
Hard, flat, chewy pizza. Overcooked fish. Oily pasta with clams. Saved only by the service which was very good. This restaurant had been recommended to us, they must not like us very much!
My husband who is Italian had not been back here to eat for many years. He was excited as he said it was one of the best places to eat in the area..it was a surprise for me for St. Valentine's so imagine our joint disappointment when we were served each course about half an hour at a time. If... More
An experienced guide in Rome have recommended it to me. Nice quiet place where Italians eat. Fresh fish. We had a great time and paid Euro380 for 6 adults and 2 children. That included 3 bottles of great wine, oysters, clams, swordfish, seafood salads, grilled prawns and a big fish cooked in salt.
this is where all the locals who can afford it eat. the fish is amazing and whatever the daly special is. they are top notch and I've been going there for years. you won't regret it.
