My wife, two daughters (oldest is seven, youngest is one), and I needed to find a place a eat. We had one night that we didn't book a restaurant on our visit to Rome. My wife found this restaurant on TripAdvisor. We were instantly greeted and made to feel at home. They had a table for us that had some... More

Scrumptious dinner, atmosphere was lovely. Had the set menu which consisted of wine, water, primi, secondi, dessert. Pizza was the best we've had, lemon dessert was divine, great service. Asked a local for a vegan restaurant recommendation - it was a great referral. Pantha Rei is tucked down a side street - look for it!

We have visited Pantha Rei this evening, after researching good restaurants near to the Pantheon. The restaurant reviews did not disappoint. The restaurant is at the bottom of a small street, you could easily miss it, but don't be put off and venture down. Lovely welcoming staff from the outset. We had bread salad and pasta meals, soft drinks, wine... More

A beautiful little place hidden in a alley near the pantheon. Went here for ceoliac partner and it ticked all boxes for her. Service is great and friendly. Food is authentic and fresh and very large serving for mid price range.

Incredible food for coeliac and non coeliac. Blown away by the amount of choice for gluten free. Great, friendly service. Good prices. Worth the visit!!

We visited Pantha Rei for a very late lunch. It's signage indicated that it had gluten-free options so I had to try it! I ordered the bruschetta and the spaghetti carbonara - both were delicious! It was so nice being able to eat what felt like normal Italian food! They do open at noon though (instead of 12 AM as... More

The last night of our week in Rome and we finally found a great restaurant. Good service, tasty food and a nice relaxed environment, only wished we'd found it earlier. Great value and I would highly recommend it.

We arrived to see Bernini's little elephant and the Pantheon on a very hot summer's day (heading to Autumn but it was still very hot). Near to the Pantheon we stopped to check a special that someone was offering in an alleyway - bruschetta, a meal and drink for E10 (we had a small bottle of coke). That sounded so... More

Tucked up a side street, this place could be easily missed but try not to! Lovely setting, friendly service, plentiful reasonably priced and tasty food. Always a good sign when the restaurant gets filled with locals!

We stopped by Pantha Rei considering their high rating on Tripadvisor, but we shortly found it wasn`t the best decision we`d ever made. We both ordered the plate of the day consisting in fettuccine, cozze, pachino and rucola, which was in fact pasta with mussels, sliced tomatoes and fresh rucola, and half a liter of house white wine. When the... More

Hi Milikas, I'm sorry for your experience with "al dente" fettuccine. Our way of working is express cooking and my be fettuccine are pull out before the time (usually fresh pasta bubbles in water for about 4 minutes). You can ask to the waitress and we prepare immediately a new dish more cooked. Also for the wine you had a... More
