We checked several menus yesterday and decided on Virginiae and were very pleased. The staff was very attentive. There were tables outside but there is a well done interior. You should ask to see the menu for the evening when looking around for a place...More

Restaurant was hidden but worth the walk. Food was the best we’ve had in Rome and service was great with very friendly staff. We got Bruschetta, Carbonara then pepper beef to share, all very nice and very filling. Good space between each of the courses....More

A little back street restaurant with bags of character. The food was exceptional. Had pasta and home made tirumasu. The best I've eaten . The service was good despite being a very busy place. Definitely recommend it.

Virginia offers a typical Roman menu ... the same one that you will see in most restaurants in the center of Rome. They execute the menu well, but nothing stands out. We had meat/cheese platter to start which was good. Nice condiments to go with...More

The trick in Rome is to avoid the obvious tourist trap restaurants and find the more authentic ones. Virginiae had it's share of Tourists given it's proximity to Piazza Navona, the Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon, but it was not at all a tourist trap....More

Calling them would probably be the best (or email). They were pretty busy two weeknights we were there.

Description
Located in Via di Parione 41, few steps away from Piazza Navona, the restaurant is a synthesis of tradition and innovation through authentic flavors, ancient dish recipes that do not forget the tradition of local and national territory. Our family comes from years of restaurant management and cooking experience preparing daily typical dishes of the Roman cuisine with passion and creativity. We’re really proud of our fresh food and our restaurants receive fresh deliveries six days a week to ensure that only the finest ingredients are used. On holiday from 16th to 29th January.
