We ate lunch here after almost a week in Rome. The welcome was spiky to say the least and did not improve during our meal. The food was ok if a little salty but in my opinion overpriced. Would not recommend this for a lunchtime visit.

Just down the street from our hotel, and recommended by the hotel manager, so we tried Sciue Sciue, and we liked it so much we returned again on the last night of our vacation in Rome. The pasta and fish dishes were especially good, and the wine was both good and inexpensive. Great value for your money. The restaurant is... More

Sciue Sciue was recommended to us by our hotel and we are glad we went. The interior was polished but cozy with brick arches throughout. The food was delicious. While the antipasti and secondi we ordered were superb, I particularly loved the pasta alla gricia. Excellent wines were available by the glass. If we lived in the neighborhood, we would... More

We visited in a wet night and were greeted into a warm and lively atmosphere. More modern than other restaurants we visited in Rome but nicely done. Service was good and we enjoyed the food

The dependable staff at our hotel (Monti Palace) recommended us to this restaurant, and we were really glad to have come by for lunch today (30.3.2017) at about 2pm. I ordered pasta with prawns soaked in an exquisite pumpkin sauce. The pasta was not as soft as I liked, but the sauce saved the day. For a mid-sized portion at... More

Dined here twice for an upscale dinner. Not too expensive, food and service was very good. Romantic cozy setting. Can be busy as it is very popular with the locals. Recommend reservations.

We went here on our first evening in Rome after a busy and long day travelling. It was recommended to us by our hotel (Nerva boutique). We went on a Tuesday evening and it was very busy, we luckily had booked a table. The food was exceptional - the tiramisu was amazing I really recommend it! We spent 4 days... More

Ate here on our last evening in Rome. Couldn't fault it. We both had pasta dishes which were very different from the more standard fare and absolutely delicious. Husband enjoyed his homemade cheesecake but my tiramisu was exceptional. Managed to taste both indulgent and light at the same time. We got a table mid week with no reservation but noticed... More
