I was staying nearby and really wanted to try a steak as I’m from Scotland and I wanted to see how good the meat is elsewhere. It was delicious!! I had the trio of bruschetta which was lovely and not too heavy before my steak....More

The food was very nice, had beautiful pasta as a starter and then salmon. Very well presented. Lots of waiters passing through all the time though, so it felt a little overcrowded in there.

First Italian restaurant we have visited. Absolutely perfect. We had traditional italian dinner with all courses. We were totally full, but maaan, it was sooo gooood. I have to go back just because of food, which is really good. Everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

Treat yourself to this wonderful trattoria. The pasta is perfectly cooked, the wine selection is varied and reasonably priced. This is a busy place so relax and take your time, enjoy the mussels, the mixed bruschetta, or the fresh caprese. The servings are ample, well...More

Old school vibe from the very beginning is the only
way to describe the Esquilino neighbourhood. The
Esquilino takes pride in being one of the oldest areas
in Rome for its key location on one of the city’s
famous seven hills. From an ancient neighbourhood to
its modern incarnation as a multicultural hub,
Esquilino always has something going on—polyglot
vendors debate street artists while kids play pick-up
