The hotel recommended this place for lunch as it was nearby and 'very good'. We had a thin crust margharita pizza. It was so good, we joked about getting a second. The waitress (Clara?) didn't understand we were joking and brought a second. We gladly...More

Pizzas with plenty of toppings and huge size with very thin crusts. However they also do other that mere pasta and pizzas. One night I had roast suckling pick which melted in the mouth and did not attack the wallet viciously. Friendly staff and well...More

We stumbled on this little restaurant just off Via Cavone by accident one day after visiting the Vatican. It was clean, inviting and most of all they do GLUTEN FREE pizza, pasta and beer. The pizza is without question the BEST gluten free pizza I...More

We just wandered in to this place in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. Were treated like gold (which was mostly but not always the case in Rome). The service was friendly and helpful, the (traditional Italian) food good and well prepared. It made for...More

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
We are thinking about booking here but are interested in a full kitchen as we want to do some self catering. How well suited is the kitchenette for this? Is there an oven? a cooktop with burners (hobs?) Could we cook a full meal for 4 people there? Are there fresh food markets nearby for produce? thank you, Carol.

BTW, this is a very nice neighborhood restaurant. For a very nice hotel nearby, I recommend Domus Nova Bethlem.
