Small, family owned, nothing pretentious, delicious food. I had the pappardelle with wild boar sauce - to die for! I also loved their wine and delicious fresh bread.

The carbonara is amazing ! If you come in summer you should ask to eat on the terrasse ! The neighbour is quiet. Great diner at night.

It was fun to eat here: atmosphere is casual, homey, family-style -- but don't demand too much from the kitchen. Roast chicken was dry, pasta dishes fine but nothing special. But it's a good jumping off point for exploring the trendy San Lorenzo neighborhood.

This is my favorite traditional restaurant in San Lorenzo. Since it was mushroom season, I had a large piece of grilled porcini. AMAZING. Wine selection was good not great but overall very agreeable experience.

A really nice traditional restaurant in Rome. It's well off the beaten track and had lots of locals there when we we went. The service was great and the food excellent. It is a family run place and it was nice to eat somewhere not...More

San Lorenzo may look all street with its pulse in
urban art and street food, but don’t be fooled. This
gritty student neighbourhood immediately east of

galleries, curated mural projects by artists like
Rome’s favorite Alice, charming cafes, and boutique
restaurants are slowly infiltrating the streets of San
