This is a very quaint restaurant directly on the piazza. They have a few tables outside (beware of smokers though). The waiters were very friendly and didn't hurry us out. As it started to rain, they moved us inside to a nice table. The food...More

We had heard about this restaurant just up the road from the Colosseum and in the opposite direction to the Metro so it was not packed with tourist and probably attracted more locals. It did not open till 1900hrs (7pm) but the food is well...More

The best restaurant out of 4 we dined in on our mini break. If you didn't know of this restaurant you would walk by looking for a more pleasing looking establishment. Don't be fooled by appearances because this is a gem. Food, wine and service...More

Had a wonderful meal in a nice, casual setting. Beatrice, our waitress, was excellent. Perfectly prepared sea bass and amberjack. The scallops au gratin were the highlight. Great value.

We were recommended to this Restaurant from our nearby hotel, Mercure Colisseo. Was a pleasant change from the tourist trap places nearer the colisseum. Great service and good food. We had a very nice Chianti here with a couple of good steaks. Highly recommended.

Ordered the chefs choice pasta as they apparently are famous for it. Why I am not sure it was the worst pasta and risotto we had ever eaten. The gnocchi was good but nothing else. Service was aweful and they overcharged us on our bill.

Monti is Rome’s rebel yell. This neighbourhood just
west of Termini train station mixes grit with fun as
it continues to fight for its reputation as a magnet
for the artsy, alternative, and hipster. Every season,
quirky boutiques and food spots sprout up on its
cobblestone streets. The neighbourhood supports unique
and homegrown businesses that cater to its longtime
residents as well as hipsters on the hunt. Hang out at

There is no Sky and all channels are in Italian - no English at all however it is very quite and we loved it there.
Hello ! I'm French. My son is allergic to milk and all food which contains milk (butter, cream, cheese, etc...), he's also allergic to nuts, peanut (arachid), mustard, shrimps, lupine, peas and lentils. He can die from anaphylaxis if he eats just a little bit of milk, peanut or other allergens. When we are on holidays we never go to the restaurant because we are afraid... Could you cook a meal without milk, lactose, shrimps, mustard, nuts and peanuts, lupine, peas and lentils for him ? He can eat salad with tomatoes and olive oil, pastas, vegetables and fruits, grilled meat... Thank you for your reply

Sidoro is very famous for its "taste" of pasta, a tasting pasta dishes selected by the chef. So you can enjoy, in addition to classic early Romans as bucatini or spaghetti alla Carbonara Amatriciana, our classics of all time and our news accompanied by fine wines. 3 The daily arrivals of fresh fish, meat of first quality and excellent desserts made by our pastry chefs greatly enrich the proposal of our local.
