I normally don't write reviews -only reed them. But this restaurant definitely deserves one! Being in Rome is wonderful but also a stressfull experience. Often being treated like a turist and not always with a lot patience. At Taverna Volpetti the ambience is low key...More

I had the most awesome spaghetti puttanesca ever! It was simply "out of this world" - I couldn't help but to order a second portion! Chef Laura was amazing!

Had a nice time here. Very good food and wine. The staff even helped us chose good vegetarian food. This place is value for money compared to other places in Rome. The cheese platter was very good. Even the main course was very tasty. Overall...More

This place is good to try Italian salumi, but it is very touristic even though it's far from the center. The service has the bad habit of trying to make your order as big as possible (as in some other touristic places in Rome) you...More

Second time we visit this place, recently renovated. It looks very classy and inviting now! The staff is friendly and they have a small menu with typical Roman food. We had a very tasty lunch!

My friend took me to this restaurant, which we believed used to be a local good Taverna. First, my friend told me that the restaurant became fancy and expensive after renovation work. Second, the bills turned out that wines that the restaurant suggested us were...More

Put the house music on replay and you have Testaccio,
an ancient Roman port and former working class

every night of the week. Its collection of discoteche
(nightclubs), street parties, and crowded restaurants
give it its well-deserved party reputation. During the
daytime, Testaccio is more easy listening than club
