A quiet and nice breakfast together: I came by this amazing place, brought here by friends. The staff was smiling and the atmosphere is so pleasant. Few tables outside to enjoy and taste a delicious breakfast! If you're hungry, don't forget to try the"bomba alla cream" filled with fresh and gnammy cream! If your palate is more sofisticated and you... More

Excellent pastries and mini croissant sandwiches with outside seating. The staff speak little English, however they are extremely welcoming. Very modern and affordable! Wine is also served.

Picked the place for a last minute sunday breakfast pit stop on a rainy day and expected marvels but perhaps their strength does not lay in a Roman must - cornetto (sweet croissant) and cappuccino ... Rather in their vast range of fine patisserie, that I haven't been lucky enough to try. Nevertheless the place is welcoming and their little... More

Wide selection of miniature cakes to choose from, we had pistachio sponge, strawberry cheesecake, chocolate brownie and lemon cheesecake, all of which were brilliant. There was also a selection of sandwiches on offer, as well as Gelato and macaroons. Great value for money, I would highly recommend.

This is a good place in a normal district of Rome. You can enjoy a typical roman "aperitivo" with a wide variety of food and drink. But how is possible to spent 20€ for a drink and simple snacks (not even were many) for 2 people??? Surely, I will not return here... because even the quality (normal) takes on second... More

Sublime. Perfect coffee and lovely Italian tarts. I created a new macaroon lover when I introduced my 3 yr old to them here.

It's not easy to find innovative food in Rome. But Cristalli di Zucchero is indeed different -- lox and cream sandwich croissants; cups of grain, olives and vegetables; amazing pastries; great coffee.

This place has such a great selection of desserts and the staff is so warm and accommodating! It became an evening ritual for my husband and I to pick up a little box of desserts to take back to our rental apartment right around the corner. My husband is still missing this place!

Staff are always warm and friendly. Pastries, desserts & chocolates look & taste beautiful. The staff really care about their product & are happy to chat to you about the coffee & cakes. I was in Rome for 3 days & went twice a day for my cappucino & macchiato fix.. And to sample some sugary treats. Lovely

Thank M T
